You will collaborate with the rest of the retail staff as a Lidl customer assistant to ensure that we uphold our high standards every single day, every night. From assuming accountability for the store’s cleanliness to ensuring that it is adequately stocked for our patrons. This goes beyond simply stacking shelves. Families are being fed by this. Additionally, you’ll benefit from your efforts if you work a shift that gets the business ready before the doors open.

Type of Job: Part-time
Hourly pay: £14.00 to £14.35; 20–25-hour contract; night shifts; 30-35 days of prorated vacation time; 10% in-store discount; extended family leave

What you’re going to do
- Accurately unpack packages during the week and on the weekends.
- Ensure that our drivers may reach all places without obstruction.
- Maintain the store spotless on the floor and in the backroom.
- Assist in setting up particular spaces for sales and exclusive deals.
- Independently conduct routine freshness inspections and ensure that our inventory is properly rotated.
What you’ll require
- Experience or familiarity with working in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent focus on details while working fast
- The capacity to respond favourably to shifting priorities
- Self-motivation to put forth a lot of effort and give it your all
- The motivation to put in a lot of effort and help your store succeed
- Ideally, prior night shift work experience
