What we’re trying to find:

  • Someone who is dedicated to showing concern
  • At least two years of experience working as a care assistant and a relevant health and social care qualification
  • The capacity to lead, inspire, develop, and assign tasks to others while working in a cooperative team
  • A fun-loving personality that is friendly, sympathetic, and caring
  • The capacity to interact with a variety of individuals, such as family members, the home team, and residents

  • Taking prescription medications as directed and keeping track of related documentation and care plans
  • Performing simple household tasks and preparing light meals and drinks for the people under your supervision
  • Organising schedules and managing a group while working to monitor and uphold resident care
  • Regular one-on-one meetings with team members, ongoing coaching, and inductions
  • Being a role model for the home team and participating in team meetings
