What we’re trying to find:
- Someone who is dedicated to showing concern
- At least two years of experience working as a care assistant and a relevant health and social care qualification
- The capacity to lead, inspire, develop, and assign tasks to others while working in a cooperative team
- A fun-loving personality that is friendly, sympathetic, and caring
- The capacity to interact with a variety of individuals, such as family members, the home team, and residents
Are you familiar with the following?

- Taking prescription medications as directed and keeping track of related documentation and care plans
- Performing simple household tasks and preparing light meals and drinks for the people under your supervision
- Organising schedules and managing a group while working to monitor and uphold resident care
- Regular one-on-one meetings with team members, ongoing coaching, and inductions
- Being a role model for the home team and participating in team meetings
