For more almost 200 years, we have been providing electricity to homes and companies in the UK, but that is only one aspect of our work. As we move closer to Net Zero, we’re making the UK greener and more energy efficient. We’re lowering the cost and simplifying the process for our clients to lessen their carbon footprint by utilising smart technology such as EV chargers, heat pumps, solar panels, and thermostats.
About Your Role:
Supporting and resolving consumer enquiries and grievances as a Customer Resolution Agent for British Gas Residential Energy will increase client loyalty and retention while expanding our company.
You will individually handle and resolve all contacts as a member of a multiskilled team, guaranteeing one-stop resolution. Working together with experts, you will solve problems and improve client experiences. When you are empowered to take charge, you will prioritise the needs of your customers and make wise judgements.
Our Edinburgh office will provide you with eight weeks of in-office training, Monday through Friday. You will have the option to work from home after your probation is over, spending only one day in the office every two weeks.
