Workers who came to the UK on a Tier 1 visa may be allowed to apply after only two to three years, but those on an Innovator Founder or Global Talent visa usually need to remain in the country for three years or more.

- The Scale-up Worker visa
- The Global Talent Visa and the Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor Visas

- Visas for international business representatives
- domestic workers, private servants in a diplomatic family
